Water Efficiency Calculations The Requirement G2 and Regulation 36 in Spennymoor.

If you are building a new dwelling or forming a dwelling by material change of use in Spennymoor you are required by building regulations Part G to design the appliances to use no more than 125 Litres of water per person per day.

This part of the building regulations states "Reasonable provision must be made by the installation of fitting and fixed appliances that use water efficiently for the prevention of undue consumption of water".
