Since October 2008, Display Energy Certificate For Public Buildings (DEC) & Advisory Reports have been a legal requirement.

Public buildings in Harrold require Display Energy Certificate, as do those occupied by public authorities with have a total floor area > 1,000m2 (GIA) and provide a public service to a large number of people, e.g. a hospital or a school.

Your Display Energy Certificate will show the energy performance of a building based on actual energy consumption as recorded annually over periods up to the last three years.
