Display Energy Certificates (DECs) For Public Buildings & Advisory Reports have been a legal requirement since Oct 08.

Display Energy Certificates (DECs) & Advisory Reports (ARs) are required for public buildings in Lidlington and those occupied by public authorities that have a total floor area > 1,000m2 (GIA) and provide a public service to a large number of people, e.g. a hospital or school.
