What Does BREEAM Stand For?

First published by the Building Reseearch Establishment (BRE) in 1990 covering buildings across Banstead, BREEAM stands for Building Research Establishment's Enviromental Assement Method.

What Is A BREEAM Rating?

The BREEAM ratings for new, non-domestic buildings in Banstead are as follows: Pass (standard good practice) for the top 75%, Good (intermediate good practice) for the top 50%.
