SBEM_Calculations is sometimes referred to as SBEM Calcs, Brukl Part L, SBEM Assessment, SBEM Calculations, SBEM Calc, SBEM Rating.

It is a requirement to submit your SBEM Calcs at the same time as your Building Control Application.

This will usually include the result of an air permeability test, buildings less than 500m2 may not require a test.
